My Fav Natural Beauty Products

Fall mocktails are officially my new favorite way to dive into the season—without the side effects that come with alcohol.

Fall is hands down my favorite season. It’s like my entire personality gets a reboot after sweating through summer. There’s just something about those crisp mornings, the back-to-school energy, apple picking, NFL Sundays, Gilmore Girls marathons, and, of course, all the cozy fall flavors that make me come alive.

Lately, I’ve been way more intentional about when I drink alcohol—saving it for truly special occasions. That means skipping the “hangxiety” and brain fog that somehow shows up after just one glass (is this what turning 30 is all about?). But opting out of alcohol doesn’t mean opting out of fun. I’m all about making life a bit extra, so I’ve been testing out fall mocktails that hit the perfect cozy-night-in or Friendsgiving-hosting vibes. Naturally, I had to document and share the best fall mocktails I’ve been whipping up—all using Apothékary products for that extra wellness boost.

Why Apothékary, you ask? They’ve got standards, and I’m here for it. They’re all about transparency, using third-party testing to make sure their adaptogen blends are organic, non-GMO, and free of heavy metals and contaminants. When it comes to adding herbs and adaptogens to my drinks, I want to know I’m getting the good stuff, and with Apothékary, I’m confident I am.

Fall Mocktails

The Best Recipes for Fall Mocktails

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Apothékary Chill The F* Out blend (Reishi, Ashwagandha)
  • 1/2 cup pear juice
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pear slices and a cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Combine pear juice, Chill The F* Out blend, and ground cinnamon in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with sparkling water and garnish with pear slices and a cinnamon stick.

Note: This pear mocktail started as an experiment that turned out surprisingly well. It’s light, refreshing, and has just the right amount of spice.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic whisky alternative
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Apothékary Take The Edge Off blend (Mucuna Pruriens, Albizia Bark)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon wheel and a cherry for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Combine non-alcoholic whisky, lemon juice, apple cider, maple syrup, and Take The Edge Off blend in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake like you mean it, then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a cherry for that classic touch.

Note: I’m not saying this will solve all your problems, but it’s a damn good start. It’s tart, refreshing, and has just enough of that “whisky” taste to make it feel like the real thing. Making it the perfect seasonal drink.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Apothékary Take The Edge Off blend (Mucuna Pruriens, Albizia Bark)
  • 1/2 cup fresh apple cider
  • 1/2 cup ginger beer
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Apple slices and a sprig of rosemary for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix apple cider, Take The Edge Off blend, ginger beer, and lemon juice in a shaker.
  2. Pour over ice in a copper mug.
  3. Garnish with apple slices and a sprig of rosemary.

Note: Honestly, this is what I’m sipping when I’m not in the mood to talk to anyone—just me, my mule, and a cozy blanket. Perfect for Friendsgiving, too, if you decide to share.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic whisky alternative
  • 1/2 teaspoon Apothékary Mind Over Matter blend (Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 dash of bitters (alcohol-free)
  • Orange slice and a pecan for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Combine non-alcoholic whiskey, Mind Over Matter blend, maple syrup, and bitters in a glass with ice.
  2. Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice and a pecan.

Note: This one’s for those nights when I want to pretend I’m classy. The maple gives it a nice autumn vibe, and the adaptogens keep me sharp—so no need to worry about any foggy-headed regrets.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz non-alcoholic coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon Apothékary Slay All Day blend (Maca, Ashwagandha)
  • 1 oz oat milk
  • Pumpkin pie spice for garnish

Instructions:

  2. Shake well and strain into a glass over ice.
  3. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.

Note: I mean, who doesn’t love pumpkin spice? This one’s rich and decadent, so it’s like dessert in a glass. Perfect for when you’re craving something indulgent but want to avoid the sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Apothékary Firm Believer (Camu Camu, Sea buckthorn)
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup caramel syrup (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup club soda
  • Apple slices for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Combine apple juice, Firm Believer blend, and caramel syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with club soda and garnish with apple slices.

Note: This is definitely on the sweeter side, but it’s festive and such a fun drink. It’s like drinking a caramel apple without the sticky mess—perfect for impressing friends at a fall gathering.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water
  • 1 teaspoon Apothékary You Dew You blend (Hibiscus, Rose, Shatavari)
  • Orange slices and fresh cranberries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix orange juice, cranberry juice, and You Dew. Blend in a glass with ice.
  2. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  3. Garnish with orange slices and cranberries—because we’re fancy like that.

Note: I wanted something that says, “I’ve got my life together,” while also acknowledging I’m probably wearing sweatpants just out of frame. It’s the perfect mocktail for pretending you’re an effortless hostess when, in reality, you’re just grateful your friends didn’t see the kitchen five minutes ago.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Apothékary
  • Chill The F* Out blend (Reishi, Ashwagandha)
  • 1 cup brewed chai tea (caffeine-free)
  • 1/2 cup steamed oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Brew chai tea and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in Chill The F* Out blend and honey until fully dissolved.
  3. Add steamed oat milk, stir, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Note: I have a chai fixation, so this one quickly became one of my favorites. This one’s like a warm hug in a mug. It’s comforting, relaxing, and just what I need when the days start getting shorter. It’s become my go-to for those quiet fall mornings when I’m easing into the day.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup ginger beer (non-alcoholic)

  • Pomegranate seeds and a sprig of fresh mint for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix pomegranate juice, Blue Me Away blend, and ginger beer in a shaker.
  2. Pour into a glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with sparkling water and garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.

Note: This one is perfect for those who love a bit of tartness. The ginger gives it a warming kick that’s just right for fall evenings.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cold brew coffee (chilled)
  • 1 oz pumpkin puree
  • 1 oz coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Apothékary Slay All Day blend (Maca, Ashwagandha)
  • Ice cubes
  • Pumpkin pie spice for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Combine cold brew coffee, pumpkin puree, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and Slay All Day blend with ice in a shaker.
  2. Shake like your life depends on it (because a good shake really does make a difference).
  3. Strain into a martini glass and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.

Note: Who am I kidding? I can’t resist anything with “pumpkin spice” in the title. It’s like fall marketing has a direct line to my soul.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Combine non-alcoholic gin, apple cider, lemon juice, honey, and Mind Over Matter blend in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake it like you’re in a cocktail-making competition.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice, top with sparkling water, and garnish with orange wheels.

Note: I pretend this is my healthy alternative when my friends are drinking gin and tonics. It’s botanical and refreshing and gives you the taste of alcohol.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Apothékary Firm Believer blend (Camu Camu, Sea buckthorn)
  • Sparkling water
  • Apple slices and a cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix apple juice, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup, and Firm Believer blend in a shaker with ice.
  2. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with sparkling water, add garnish and serve with a side of nostalgia.

Note: Drinking this sparkling fall mocktail is basically a cheat code to skip straight to dessert without the guilt. It’s like apple pie in a glass, but you can still tell yourself you’re being healthy. Win-win!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup ginger ale
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Apothékary You Dew You blend (Hibiscus, Rose, Shatavari)
  • Pomegranate seeds and an apple slice for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice, add the apple cider, ginger ale, pomegranate juice, and You Dew You blend.
  2. Give it a good stir—like, the kind that makes you feel like a real bartender.
  3. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and an apple slice because we’re adults now, and presentation matters.

Note: I used to think Shirley Temples was the height of sophistication as a kid. Now? I’m just trying to recreate it but with a seasonal twist.

These fall mocktails are all about embracing the best of the season without the after-effects of alcohol. Whether you’re cozying up for a night in or hosting a Friendsgiving, these drinks are flavorful, fun, and give you that wellness boost we could all use right now. Cheers to a season full of warmth, wellness, and all the things that make us feel good!
